1. 90-Day Guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 90 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must not show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage
  • Proof of purchase must be provided, such as your order number or confirmation email

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. Lost Packages

We may ask you to allow a short investigation period with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund. If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

6. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because we aim to process orders within 3 to 4 business days, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for a return under this Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping time is 6 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by delays outside our control, including customs, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or high demand periods.

10. Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be resent.

Refunds for refused deliveries may be reduced to cover shipping and handling costs.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect the outcome of your claim.
